# Pixy Dixy > AI-made pixel art characters for games that stay the same character at every angle and in every frame: same body, face and colours. Swap garb, hair or weapon, view from eight directions, animate any move, and export sprite sheets or a Godot 4 project. ## What it does - Generate a pixel art character from a text description or a picture. - Dress it: clothes, hair, hats, held items (one-handed weapons, shields); only what you asked for changes. - Eight directions (front, back, sides and diagonals) from one consistent body. - Animate: pick a move from the library or describe one; the AI sets key poses on the character's own bones and fills the frames between. - Export: PNG sprite sheets (a row per direction, a column per frame) for any engine, or a Godot 4 project with the dressed character and its weapons on separate layers. - API and MCP server: use it from Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client. ## Pricing Pay as you go, no subscription. The first character is free. Credits are charged only when the AI works; editing, recolouring, animating and exporting are free, and failed generations are not charged. Credits never expire. ## Links - App: https://pixydixy.com/ - Pricing: https://pixydixy.com/pricing - Docs (help, MCP, API): https://pixydixy.com/docs/help - MCP server: https://api.pixydixy.com/mcp (Bearer API key from the account page) - About: https://pixydixy.com/about
